I cannot give this company enough praise for their workmanship, communications and general approach. My large oxblood saddlebag arrived perfectly packaged in its own little protector bag and is exceptionally well made. The communications regarding my order was flawless, and I was frequently updated during the postal strikes before Christmas, as there was a slight delay in my bag arriving, which was obviously not Zatchels fault. I recently contacted them as the strap on my bag was slightly too long as I am quite short, and they have free of charge, sent me a shortened strap to use on the bag. I would not hesitate to recommend Zatchels and can’t wait to make my next purchase.

Brilliant correspondence with you and timescales. Handmade product of the highest quality. The satchel we bought is the envy of many. It is perfectly made and will be a cherished life long piece. I loved it so much I’ve ordered another one for myself so I didn’t pinch my daughters!

My Zatchel’s satchel is now 10 years old but still looks as good as new - these bags are superb quality and look fantastic. Cannot recommend this company highly enough :-)

Amazing quality bags, you can tell its great leather. I've had mine for 4 years and it looks almost new.

Customer service is incredibly quick, and helpful. I had cracking on the strap due to normal wear and tear and wondered if they sold replacement bag straps. They offered to outright replace it, and it arrived 2 days after my correspondence.

Truly happy with my experience. Customer service was unusually great- they worked with me over several emails before I ordered to help me get just the right bag. When the bag arrived, honestly, the quality is remarkable. The leather is sturdy, top quality, and I couldn’t have asked for a better investment. Between product and service, absolutely recommend Zatchels if you are considering a traditional British type bag (or a spin on one, like the city bag I got).

The workmanship is just incredible. These are bags that will last a lifetime (and the styles are fresh but timeless so they will no doubt be passed on to future generations too. I was cheeky and asked for a delivery for a Christmas present after their Christmas cut off date - but they made it happen for me. 11/10 customer service!

I don't recall seeing a long lead time on the website (perhaps there was) but it missed my wife's birthday in early December and only just made it for Christmas.

My saddle bag arrived today after a delay in sending. However, Zatchels communication was excellent and they apologised for the delay due to extremely high demand and the bag being made to order. I have to say it was definitely worth the wait as it’s absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to use it.

What started as a enquiry for support on the 16th Nov was resolved as promised on the 18th Nov to my great delight. My bag is back to its functional best.
